Winemaker

This Shiraz is made using fruit from two vineyards, both the cooler region of Polish Hill River and also the warmer Armagh, north of Clare. There is a component of whole bunch to the ferment, which promotes varietal character. Rich, sweet fruit highlighted by blackberry, plum and black olive flavours. Powerful yet beautifully balanced with chalky tannins, hints of mocha chocolate and showing a tight, fine grain structure with subtle fruit/oak integration. Winemaker notes.
