Birthday vouchers will be issued on your birthday and are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

1. Log in to the Rewards app at the bottom right of the screen.
2. Click on "Redeem" to find your birthday voucher.
3. Click on "Claim" and choose if you want to use your birthday voucher In-Store or Online.
Kindly note the 2 modes are not interchangeable once the voucher has been claimed.
4. Once you have claimed it, your birthday voucher will be available under "Vouchers" for future use.
5. To use online, please enter the voucher code at checkout to apply the discount. To use in-store, please inform our staff before payment.

Browse our rewards catalogue and visit our retail stores or email crm@1855thebottleshop.com to redeem your reward points.

1. Log in to the Rewards app.
2. Click on "Purchases" to view all past transactions, both and in-store and online.
3. Click on "Online Orders" to view online order history in detail.

Your member rewards and privileges will be reflected in your account within 24 hours.

No, in-store and online redemption modes are not interchangeable once the voucher has been claimed in the Rewards app.
