The 2021 Pinot Noir Evenstad Reserve was matured for 16 months in 55% new oak. It opens with broody tar and forest floor aromas before revealing brighter tones of raspberry jam, cinnamon and blood orange. The light-bodied palate features concentrated, savory red fruit framed by silky tannins and bright acidity, and it has a very long, spicy finish. Drink Date: 2024 - 2034

The 2021 Evenstad Reserve Pinot Noir is a refreshing and elegant vintage. It's made from 100% estate-grown grapes and has a silky texture that's perfect for pairing with poultry or duck confit. The nose offers rose petals, wild strawberry, strawberry candy, confectionary, Italian fine leather, and hibiscus. On the palate, it's maraschino cherry sweet with a light body and lifted tannins. It finishes with a lovely blueberry compote and velvety texture that lingers long after the last sip.
