What a beautiful white Burgundy, with the elegance and concentration we look for in these wines! Terrific chalky character and restrained candied citrus fruit are intertwined on the graceful, medium-bodied palate. Very long and polished finish with considerable nut and mineral complexity. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold.

Mid lemon yellow with a slight green tint. Here the bouquet has a reductive tension which distinguishes it from all the other whites. The aromatics are growing beautifully as I keep sniffing. The fruit leaps forward on the palate, apples with ripe citrus, gracefully fleshed out, medium acidity but there is so much class in the long finish. Very stylish.

TASTING NOTES
Aromatic with notes of raisins and orange blossom. The mouth is rich and round with generous and long finish.

Winemaking
After directly pressing the whole grapes the juice is transfered to stainless tanks. The must is then put in oak barrels by gravity and naturally starts the alcoholic fermentation. The aging occurs on the lees for 12 months (15% new oak).
