Fermented in stainless-steel and concrete tanks, 3–6 months on the lees. pH 3.18, RS 3 g/l.
Classic Albariño nose of apricot and peach but also a stone-dust minerality and a vibrant citrus freshness. Chalky texture enhances the freshness. Mouth-watering, salty, long. A great example of the variety but indelibly marked by its origin.
