The non-vintage Elyssia Pinot Noir is mechanically harvested at night to enhance the aromas and spends a minimum 10 months in bottle before disgorging. Lucid pink in colour, it has a simple, lifted bouquet of red cherry and raspberry fruit. The palate is fresh and lively with ebullient Morello and fresh strawberry, exhibiting good weight in the mouth, although it needs more tension towards the finish. Drink now.
