Very attractive currants with floral undertones on the nose, following through to a medium body with fine tannins and a fresh, minerally finish. Some crushed-stone undertones. Sweet fruit in the center palate. Drink now or hold.

Grape 89% Cabernet Sauvignon; 7% Carmenere; 3% Syrah; 1% Petit Verdot.

Tasting
Color: Intense purple color with violets edge
Nose: Expressive nose, fresh red fruit aromas such as plum and rosehip.
Palate: Fresh and fruity attack and a medium body with juicy tannins.

Service and Food Pairing: Serve at 16C (60F). The ideal companion for well grilled red meat, Bolognese pasta and cheese.
