Vinified traditionally in open stainless steel vats with partial whole bunch fermentation, it is matured for 15 months in French oak barriques, allowing for complexity and depth. Georgiadis Estate, Barossa Valley: Schiller Vineyard, Barossa Valley
Vinification: Traditionally vinified in open stainless steel vats. Partial whole bunch fermentation with regular pumping over and pigeage to optimise colour and flavour without over extraction.
Maturation: Fifteen months in a combination of new and seasoned French oak barriques to allow the fruit to develop richness, volume and complexity. A further year's bottle age to bring completeness.
