Widely regarded as one of the world’s most legendary estates and undoubtedly one of the greatest names of the Rhône Valley, Paul Jaboulet Aîné was founded in 1834 by Antoine Jaboulet. It has been an illustrious name in French wine for nearly two centuries, beginning with a small plot of land on the hills of Hermitage, before expanding throughout the region. Lauded as one of the best Syrahs in the world, it is a name that evokes resounding respect and admiration among wine connoisseurs.
Now in the hands of the talented and passionate oenologist and owner Caroline Frey, Paul Jaboulet Aîné has attained organic certification and now encompasses more than 100 hectares of vineyards in northern and southern Rhône, including Hermitage, Crozes-Hermitage, Condrieu and Cornas.
In this exclusive wine dinner, embark on an exquisite journey through the Rhone Valley accompanied by authentic Cantonese cuisine from Jade, including wines from Domaine de Thalabert, the oldest vineyard in the Crozes-Hermitage appellation.
