Founded in 1885, Domaine Roux is currently managed by the 4th and 5th generation of the Roux family in the Saint Aubin village of the Côte de Beaune. Nestled in the heart of Burgundy with over 175 acres of vineyards spanning across key villages of the Côte d’Or, Domaine Roux is the largest producer of St. Aubin wines in the region and sits among the top 10 most prestigious wineries of the Côte d’Or. This historic property maintains one of the most incredible libraries of back vintage Burgundy in magnums. No one in Burgundy has such an impressive collection of verticals from such a diverse array of villages, single vineyards and Premier Cru wines. For many generations, the Roux Family have supplied to top restaurants, luxury hotels and boutique wine shops throughout France, and their wines are now distributed to over 100 Michelin-starred restaurants in France alone.
At this exclusive wine dinner, embark on an exquisite dining journey with the artful pairing of Domaine Roux’s distinguished Burgundy wines and the specially curated menu by Origin Grill showcasing the mastery of smoke and fire with the Josper Grill. The evening will be set ablaze with enticing dishes that embody the essence of bold flavours and emphasise on the quality of meticulously sourced produce.
