Two Hands Brave Faces GSM 2021 750ml
Winemaker
What a difference a couple of generations can make. In the mid 1980s South Australia?s old Grenache, Mourv?dre and Shiraz vines were being removed due to a lack of demand. Brave Faces is a tribute to the men and women that loyally tended their vineyards, allowing them to remain intact today.
?Brave faces face the boardroom, the oak stained walls fall silent, they leave lined with defeat, and they got those tears in their eyes, well it makes no sense to me.? Brave Faces MIDNIGHT OIL, 1981
Colour:
Deep purple in colour with a flicker of red hue
Aroma:
The nose is bright and fresh with dark cedar, ripe cherry, dried herb, lavender and pepper.
Palate:
The texture is clean and pure, it holds excellent ripe round and dense fruits. It gives great transition into a late palate that is drying with reverberating fruits. In the end you left with a nice meaty dense tannin that hold a lovely minerality throughout. Brave Faces will crave to be enjoyed with food and will win many friends at the table.
