The predominantly Keuper marl-limestone soils on which it is produced give this rare wine a full and powerful style.

​Made from old vines from the former wine estate of the Lords of Ribeaupierre, the grapes are selected and harvested at full maturity.

It is a wine with aromas of flowers and spices with a dry character, but so rich and so fruity that it seems to touch the sweetness… which is only illusory.

​This great wine is only produced in the best years.

Pairings : foie gras, spicy and aromatic cuisine, desserts made with fresh fruit, etc.

Aging potential :10-15 years.
